heres why piracy will not and doesnt affect the 360.....
1. 98% of ppl who buys the 360 wont care going to(find/installs) mod their 360 and downloading 360 games on pc burning it to a dvd.
2. if they go on live they get ban and their 360 = rrod.
3. 360 without xbox live = the game cube.
4. games that are reported to have been pirated still sell over 500K+ on there first week.
